Hope at the End of The Tunnel - Escape Music Replacer

Descripción
Replaces the escape theme with a shorter version of the song 'Nightmare' by Black Night Funeral.

See the video for a preview. The ingame version of the song starts from around 0:0:58 in the video and continues from there.

Sure, there are quite a few floating around but here is one by Doktor Haus, who you probably know as an authority in the L4D2 modding community for making some really high quality mods.

no worries, I'll have a look, but can you link me a video maybe? I actually wanted to get into modding/add-on creating but i am clueless about it :(

Unfortunantly I have stopped modding for L4D2 : (

However I did do a bunch of other mods, so maybe you can find what you want there?

If not then either you will need to request another more active modder, or learn to mod L4D2 yourself.

If it's just a music replacement mod, they are pretty easy to do and there are plenty of tutorials on the internet.

Sorry I couldn't help, and good luck ^^
