This is a theme called "Linear Perfection", using the "Anodized Airbrushed" finish.
It can be used with the SCAR-20.

The name comes from the unique lines on the side of the weapon.

UPDATE #2
-Pattern scale decreased to 3.0 from 4.0
-the rotation of the lines changed slightly again
-i played with the colors a little bit:
Color blue is more bright then it was
The black lines are now a little bit red, they are still dark though
Added a little bit of grey shade next to the dark red lines
-new pictures

-Added brown-ish lines to the side to make the weapon less one-colored
-the rotation of the lines are a little bit different
-modifyed the blue colores a little bit, to make them a slightly more 'gun-ish'
