Updates:

Features:
- Edit PP/Weathers properties on the fly
- Day/Night Cycle with adjustable speed and time
- Reverts to the original weather of the map you are playing on
- Save weather into savefile, and load it somewhere else

Mega Lighting Pack Made by The Mafia, Which contained some lovely unique vanilla weathers templates for you map makers to use

Random Notes:
The text input can be a bit funny at times, feel free to post them in the comments, i will try to fix it

- 当场更改后期处理及天气参数
- 日夜循环，以及可调整的时间流速与当前时间
- 恢复到地图原本的天气属性
- 储存天气设置到存档里，并且在其他地方读取
