I doubt they added any items of clothing to the trapper with updates.
As for the weapon needed for Grizzly, you don't need a sniper rifle - even with bolt action a headshot with any kind of ammo better than standard is enough. Poison arrow/knife is also good.
I have a feeling some things got added to the trapper's inventory since I made the list, since the differences were all that I was missing pelts, never too many. I'm curious to know what they are, I never actually finished this game, but I still have my notes about where weird unique horses were. May actually pick this back up
Other trapper's numbers and all Pearson's numbers are correct. But the same incorrect numbers for some pelts and feathers are in the 2nd section (List with Weapons).
Also, Q comes after P in English alphabet, so Quail in the 1st section of the guide should be between Pigeon and Raven and not after Turkey... :)
