if you look at the top left then you will see it says bloom so maybe if you hold Q then the top right will say bloom

I've done exactly what this tells me to do, but theres just random spots of really bright colors on the floor everywhere, what do I do?

I don't know how to open this menu. It doesn't say where to look other than Post Processing. Is there a button combination or something?
