Unique Ghosts

This simple mod gives unique ghosts or souls to characters that lacked them or were sorta wrong.

They are:

- Azazel and Tainted Azazel
- The Keeper and Tainted Keeper
- Apollyon and Tainted Apollyon
- Blue Baby and Tainted BB
- Tainted Lilith

The reason why Azazel is an edited Edith is simple, both versions of Azazel share the same costumes folder and without Lua usage, a separate costume for each isn't possible. Besides, there were some technical errors with sprite size and the like.

Forgotten and Tainted Blue Baby need 2 additional mods to show up, one being CONSUME'S "More Costumes for the Forgotten" and my own mod "Blue Baby's Wardrobe" since it fixes a nasty error with Tainted BB's coloration.
