Rene's 16 Asteroids (Optimised)

A very simple tweak of the 16 asteroids map to spread it out to cover most of the map instead of a small quadrant. You should find the lag greatly reduced and i have left upgraded versions of lifeboats near each asteroid for initial setup, they should be good for a few years. I look forward to seeing what the community can do with this, as always, enjoy,
