The amount of 'gibs' enemies spawn at death is a flat value unique for each enemy. I have lowered those values manually for each of them.

This should have increased impact the more 'lua' mods are loaded at the same time - those scan the screen for objects every frame. The less stuff is spawned for the lua code to scan through the lesser impact high amount of mods will have on fps during kills.

Heya I do love this mod but as other comments say, My Shadow crashes the game and the D10 do not work. Do you have plans on trying to edit and make those work properly?

potential bug with this mod:

picking up My Shadow causes the game to instant crash. I'm guessing this has to do with the item change in the recent REP update, since it's now a new entity, and this mod affects the entity "gib" values.

the D10 does not work at all, again after the latest REP update, also probably because of the entity values being changed.

fantastic mod, btw! hopefully this can be fixed!

Trying on a steam deck, which while it can mostly run the game pretty well, it struggles to render stuff when it gets too saturated, for example Dross lags the game with the sewer effects, I know this mod doesn't do that but I'm hoping that the other ones you linked can help a bit with that.

Only thing I know could help is to use the 'no overlays' mod by AngelicKnight and goki_dev's Lowfx.These two should do the trick for most situations.
