Hey, I play storm spirit a lot and safe lane storm works in dual lanes. Pair this with almost any support and you can farm quickly and efficiently. His mid-late game presence is hard to be reckoned with (with the right build) This build is standard and inspired by EternalEnvy from "Cloud9". It uses an early game soul ring paired with survivability to make storm a viable and very efficient safe lane farmer that is hard to gank/lock down.
