Hey. This is a mostly standard storm spirit mid build that is up-to-date with the meta (with a few personal touches to ensure optimal damage output/game presence) I hope you benefit from this guide in game. All feedback is welcome :)

Side notes:

Do not ever go for arcane boots on this hero. Why? Because increasing your mana pool early too much is a very bad thing, since ball lightning will only cost more mana to activate, this becomes a major problem when it cost 112 mana to activate at the 15 minute mark! Also mana boots are HORRIBLE when you try and synergise them with bottle (storms best early game item), since you cannot tread switch with bottle and sustain a high mana pool). Treads offer you much more while keeping ball lightning at a low cost. The free 8 attack speed is nice too :)
