New Weapon Artifacts: Flamestop & Neverburn

This mod adds a pair of maces to the game called Flamestop & Neverburn.

Both maces deal 30 points of frost damage to the target. When the player uses a power swing with one or both of them, however, it creates a wall of frost directly in front of the player that deals 5 points of frost damage per second to anyone that is standing in it. It lasts for 3 seconds. When both Flamestop and Neverburn are being wielded at the same time, and the player is in combat, it will grant the player a frost cloak dealing 15 points of frost damage per second to any enemies in melee range.

Both maces can be found underneath the bridge where you first enter Whiterun. (Only until questline completed)

Both maces are temperable at a grinding wheel with 1 Moonstone Ingot, 1 Frost Salt, and 2 Ice Wraith Teeth
