Oh sorry i forgot you mean the "background.bik" it been so long after all, well i lost that file sometime long ago but still you can make one yourself with "The RAD Video Tools" +it should even better in now day as you can remove UI in payday2 with mod(super BLT)

All in all:Sorry i lost the file and don't seem to remember what i done back there.

but it only has the intro tho what about the background in the main menu

@Posed-T Captain cick the intro link and follow the instructions in there to change L2D2 background(Note: if you don't want to unpack a mod file format and use google drive link you must copy&place the link manually) after all it just a video file

You will need to replace the video file as well to get everything show up, you may download my file or make one yourself using [Bink] it easy as convert some video and put in.
The reason why you have to replace it yourself is because those videos file are not allow to mod with workshop system.
