Part 1
Ok so we have kinda achieved modding (Kinda :D) this is a guide on how to mod the yz2 files i must say a big thanks to fluffyquack (Sectus) for help with this

1.download this http://aluigi.altervista.org/quickbms.htm Then extract it to your desktop our wherever you would like then inside the file make a .txt file and name it RE4 Script and inside put

comtype xmemdecompress
get name basename
log MEMORY_FILE 0 0
goto 0x10
get chunks long
append
for i = 0 < chunks
get zsize short
get size short
if size = 0
math size = 0x10000
endif
get offset long
math offset + 0x13
clog MEMORY_FILE offset zsize size
next i
append
get size asize MEMORY_FILE
log name 0x00 size MEMORY_FILE

part 2
Download Sectus's repacker and unpacker from here www.tzarsectus.com/temp/YZ2tool.rar We will use this later
part 3
Ok go to
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Resident Evil 4\BIO4\ImagePackHD

And take out any file so far these are the files we know

44000100.pack.lfs is first area
44000101.pack.lfs is the "pueblo"
44000102.pack.lfs in the cave area...

put the file in the same file you put your re4 script in
part 4
Now open quickbms and select the re4 scrips then select the yz2 file then click save you will get a file that is a pack file or yz2 all this did was get rid of the Lfs part
part 5
Drag your New yz2 or pack file into the place you put sectus's unpacker and repacker then click unpack all then you will get a folder and inside are your textures
part 6
After editing all your textures go back and click repack all then you will see a new Pack file drag that into
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Resident Evil 4\BIO4\ImagePackHD

and then launch up your game and see your changes

Is there any updating list with ids of pack files and description of content inside, what it does and when?
Game really a mess in terms of file storage, upacked textures takes 13 gb, only because there are so many dublicates of almost each texture, and worst thing - you dont actually know which one of them is used and in which case :-(
