This guide will give you an introduction to some of the features the Steam Mobile app has to offer.

You're able to view your mobile Steam profile by selecting your avatar at the top of the Steam Mobile menu. From your mobile Steam profile you're able to view your profile comments, wishlist, games and friends. You're also able to edit your profile and privacy settings.









Beneath the content tab you're able to view your Steam inventory and screenshots. You can select the thumbnails in these categories to expand their connected information.







For example selecting a screenshot thumbnail will display the caption and any comments users have made.

You can remotely download games to your computer using the Steam Mobile app if your home computer is turned on and logged into Steam. This can be done by selecting the Library icon.

You can begin downloading games by selecting the download icon to the right of the title. Once selected a download status will appear.




Selecting the Wishlist icon will allow you to view and delete games on your Steam library wishlist.

You're able to chat with your Steam friends by selecting the Friends icon. You can enable chat notifications by enabling the feature within your phones notification settings.

Active conversations and pending friend requests will appear at the top of the list.




You can view groups which you're a member of by selecting the Groups icon. From this list you can select a group to view any announcement and the online status of other group members.




Selecting the Activity icon will display your friends Steam activity such as achievement unlocks, workshop submissions and groups they've entered. It will also display recent announcements from groups you're a member of.

You can browse and shop from the Steam store by selecting the Catalog icon.

If your home computer is turned on and logged into Steam at the time you'll be given the option to remotely download your purchase.
