Have you ever thought that your screenshots will look much better if you change them even a little bit? Or change it very much. And then upload them to steam, so that all your friends can see what kind of God you are in photoshop or the genius of thought that you created such a thing. But alas, steam does not allow us to upload our modified screenshots and here is the solution

We will need one program that does not require authorization via steam. It simply uploads your images as screenshots to the game you need. Click on the link below to download this program, which by the way weighs only 20 MB

Download and install. On the site itself, you will immediately see visual instructions for using the program. Picture with symbols about the SteaScree program interface



Here is the interface brief



You must first be logged in to Steam and when you run the program, you will already have (in theory) automatically filled in the way to your userdata folder and your steam profile (if more users have logged in on your PC, then just select the desired profile)

Small insert, if you are not looking for a 3ID, then go to the site, [steamrep.com] to find out your 3ID. Enter your standard or custom ID in the search (you can find out your ID in the steam URL bar, the instructions below and when editing your profile, the "Personal link" field), click "Search". Then you need to look at the line " steam3ID: [U:1:xxxxxxxxx]", where xxx is your ID that the program needs. Picture-illustration:



To start uploading screenshots, select the desired game. Not all games are displayed in the "Game ID" line, so if necessary, you need to enter the ID of the game you need. How do I do this?

Open the desired game in the library and click on "Store Page", in the address bar, between the slashes, your ID is waiting for you



This is possible only when the display of address lines in Steam itself is enabled, by default, the function seems to be disabled. How do I enable it?

Top left, select "Steam", then "Settings"



Next, "Interface" and put a check mark next to "Display Steam URL address bar when available"

Now, enter the desired Game ID, then click "Add screenshots to queue..." and select the files that you want to download



Next, click "Copy screenshots to game directory"



Then click "Prepare screenshots for uploading" and a window will pop up, where it says that the program works when the steam is closed. And the question is, is it closed? Turn off steam in the tray for a while, then confirm "Yes"



SteaScree notifies you of successful completion



All. Now run Steam and you can close the program, or if you still need to download screenshots from other games and so that you do not get confused in the downloaded screenshots, you can click "Clear queue". I also want to note that screenshots are sorted by date. So don't expect to see them in the first lines on the download

P.S I also want to note that even if all the rules and points of this guide are followed, everything will not always work perfectly. For example, you do not upload a screenshot and when you upload it says that the steam cloud is not available. In this case, they do not write the reason, but simply say that you can not now and that's all. Similarly, they write, as well as when you are banned and can not upload screenshots, that is, if you uploaded a screenshot in the program, but did not turn off steam, then steam will consider it an incorrect screenshot and "apply a mark of a third-party image", which will not allow it to be downloaded when re-entering and then if you do the right thing with the same image, then nothing will change. This happened to two people, at least one of them me. I can only say that try to edit your screenshot somehow, as if changing the file extension, before putting a small dot in the pin and saving the changed version. Whether this will work or not - I don't know for sure, just reasoning logically, because I promptly ignored this problem

А потом ещё загрузите их в стим, чтобы все друзья посмотрели какой вы Бог фотошопа или гений мысли, что создали такое. Но вот увы, стим не даёт нам загрузить свои изменённые скриншоты и вот решение

Скачивайте, устанавливайте. На самом сайте вы сразу увидите наглядную инструкцию по применению программы, но увы, сайт содержит именно картинку-инструкцию на английском. Так вот, интерфейс, на русском:



Надо быть сначала быть авторизированным в Steam и при запуска программы, у вас уже будет (по идее) автоматически заполнено путь до вашей папки userdata и ваш профиль стим (если на вашем пк авторизировались ещё пользователи, то просто выберите нужный профиль)

Маленькая вставка, если у вас не ищет 3ID, то зайдите сайт,[steamrep.com] чтобы узнать свой 3ID. Вводим в поиск свой стандартный или кастомный ID (узнать свой ID можно в URL строке стима, инструкция ниже и при редактирования своего профиля, поле "Личная ссылка), нажимаем "Search". Дальше смотреть надо по строке "steam3ID: [U:1:xxxxxxxxx]", где xxx - ваш ID, который нужен программе. Картинка-иллюстрация:



Чтобы приступить к загрузке скриншотов, выберите нужную игру. В строчке "Game ID" отображаются не все игры, так что, если требуется, надо ввести ID нужной вам игры. Как это сделать?

Откройте нужную игру в библиотеке и кликните по "Страница в магазине", в адресной строке, между слешами, ваш ждёт нужный вам ID



Такое возможно только при включённом отображении адресных строк в самом Steam, по умолчанию функции вроде бы выключена. Как её включить?

Сверху слева выбираем "Steam", далее "Найстроки"



Далее "Интерфейс" и ставим галочку напротив "По возможности отображать адресную строку"

Теперь, вводим нужный Game ID, далее выбираем "Add screenshots to queue..." и выбираем файлы, которые вам хочется загрузить



Далее кликаем "Copy screenshots to game directory"



Затем нажимаем "Prepare screenshots for uploading" и выскочит окошко, где у говорится о том, что программа работает, когда стим закрыт. И спрашивается, он закрыт? Выключаете стим в трее на время, потом подтверждаете "Yes"



SteaScree уведомляет о успешном завершении работы



Всё. Теперь запускаем стим и можно закрывать программу, или если вам надо ещё загрузить скриншоты из других игр и дабы вам не запутаться в загружаемых скриншотах, можно нажать "Clear queue". Хочу также подметить, что скриншоты сортируются по дате. Так что если вы загружаете свои скриншоты, как плещете блейзер в 2007 в соответствующую игру, то не стоит ожидай их увидеть в первых строках на загрузку, конечно если это не единственные скриншоты)

P.S Хочу также отметить, что и при соблюдении всех правил-пунктов данного руководства не всегда всё будет идеально работать. К примеру, у вас не загружается скриншот и при загрузке пишет, что облако стима не доступно. В таком случае не пишут причину, а просто говорят, что ты не можешь сейчас и всё. Аналогично пишут, как и тогда, когда ты забанен и не можешь загружать скриншоты, то есть, если вы загрузили скриншот в программе, но не выключили стим, то стим будет считать это неправильным скриншотом и "наложит отметку сторонней картинки", что не даст его загружать при перезаходе и далее если поступать уже правильно с этой же картинкой, то ничего не изменится. Так случилось у двух людей, как минимум и один из них я. На такое могу только сказать, что попробуйте редактировать хоть как-то ваш скриншот будто бы изменение расширения файла, до того, как поставить маленькую точку в пеинте и сохранить изменённый вариант. Будет это работать или нет - я точно не знаю, просто рассуждая по логике, потому что эту проблему я своевременно проигнорировал
