If you're not having issues with slowdown during play you're fine. A lot of packs will dramatically increase your load time the very first time you run a modlist, and will only somewhat increase it in the future. (The game has to build the art files into caches that it actually uses during play. So any time you change or add mods the game will rebuild things. If you add most of EF all at once, it *can* take 40+ minutes to build the very first time, but load times after that first build will be much faster. ~5 min at worst?) it's entirely dependent on your computer. if things get too slow, remove mods you aren't using.

if you have the other packs you can't need the lights. the lights are in all the other packs. The lights pack exists purely for people who want just the lighting.

Could you please make a dessert pack? And especially with cookies >:3 (Please fix the expanded lights problem because I need Expanded Furniture to have the furniture in other packs, thanks.)

I don't know what to tell you other than to try uninstalling all your mods and then reinstalling them one at a time. two of my testers have both got it running with zero issues.

I don't have decoPlus.

Are you running DecoPlus? That's the only mod I know of that doesn't like validation. If you are running that, uninstall it, revalidate, then reinstay DecoPlus and do a normal build without validation. You can also find me on the staxel discord and I can do more in depth troubleshooting.
