Armor Regeneration

After the good feedback and many requests to make an Armor Regeneration version of my Health Regeneration addon , here it is. Because none of you couldn't spare 3 minutes to change the code..

Commands:
armorregen_delay - Sets the delay which you begin to regen after your armor is damaged
armorregen_maxarmor - The maximum armor you will regenerate untill you reach
armorregen_speed - The speed of regenerating armor
armorregen_enabled - Enable or disable the addon
