I wanted to try and translate the text myself but with a little help, not a full blown answer. This guide is precisely what I needed.

Hint 1:Have you noticed two unique sides to the stone monolith?

Hint 2:Have you noticed the two creatures?

Hint 3:What are the two creatures doing in relation to a well known English pangram?

Hint 4:Have you turned the text on the monolith on its side?

And you can press some keys while on your number artifact and letter artifact to disintegrate the heart :O

If you're curious, you do not need to know the FEZ Alphabet to solve any puzzle, except for the security question, but heart blocks aren't tracked or even recorded anywhere but the Temple of Love (they do add 3.4%)
