Nice. The actual coding of the entire calculator is done by another great player and a close friend of mine - sniffy, so it is not "my" calculator per se. Don't worry about it though. I just feel the need to point that out.
DPS Apprentice is somewhat niche but it's a solid option.
Also an FYI, although I'm not exactly sure how active the trading scene is, a single piece of Ult++ is worth a lot (even more so if it's a good piece). I used to buy it from others when I was actively playing, so were a lot of other veteran players. It's pretty normal to trade several Ult/+ sets, weapons, accessories, event items for a single Ult++ piece. If it doesn't hold any sentimental values to you, do consider sell/trade it. Make sure you do it on ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ forum and trade with trustworthy people only.
I'm glad that my guide is helpful. It has been a very long time since I last played the game. But I can still answer your question. Builder armor has high default values on defense health, defense rate, defense damage and defense range (defense damage is in most cases the top priority), while DPS armor has high default values on hero health, hero damage and all 4 types of resistance. For either type of armor, the more upgrade it has the better. Armor Resistance Calculator is only for DPS armor. For builder armor, you almost always upgrade defense damage first.
I do however have a question, I don't know if you were ever asked this before but I was wondering, I have collected such great armor from the shard levels and tinks lab but I'm having a hard time discovering which sets are for builders and which sets are best for dps. I use the armor resist calculator that you created, thanks for that by the way but I was wondering how do you create armor specifically for builders? How can you tell dps armor from builder sets or is there a difference? Once again thank you for all of your guides, I really appreciate it.
