How i can get Killstreak weapon?
You need Killstreak Kit, tool item that can be applied to any weapon and upgrading it into a Killstreak weapon.
Obtainable: completing mission in Two Cities tour, Community Market, trading.


How i can get Killstreak weapon with effect on weapon?
You need Specialized Killstreak Kit, the next tier of Killstreak Kit. In addition to a kill counter, a Specialized Kit also applies a colored sheen to the weapon. As a player's streak increases, the sheen becomes more intense.
Obtainable: completing Two Cities tour, Community Market, trading, crafting Specialized Killstreak Kit Fabricator.


How i can get Killstreak weapon with effects on eyes and weapon?
You need Professional Killstreak Kit, the final tier of Killstreak Kit, Professional Kits are the rarest variation. In addition to a kill counter and a colored sheen, Professional Killstreak Kits also cause the weapon to add a particle effect to the user's eyes.
Obtainable: completing Two Cities tour, Community Market, trading, crafting Professional Killstreak Kit Fabricator.


How i can craft Specialized Killstreak Kit Fabricator?
Specialized Killstreak Kit Fabricators have an output of a Specialized Killstreak Kit, and require a randomized combination of the following recipe:
  • Any Unique-quality standard Killstreak weapon
  • 24 random battle-worn robot parts
  • 5 random reinforced robot parts


How i can craft Professional Killstreak Kit Fabricator?
Professional Killstreak Kit Fabricators have an output of a Professional Killstreak Kit, and require a more extensive set of requirements:
  • 2 Unique-quality Specialized Killstreak weapons
  • 16 random battle-worn robot parts
  • 6 random reinforced robot parts
  • 3 random pristine robot parts
Professional Killstreak Kit (Weapon & Eyes effect)

This gives the User the Killstreak Counter, A Sheen Effect, and a Killstreaker effect on the class' eyes. The color of the Killstreaker effect matches the color of the Colored Sheen.

Still a useful guide. But the introduction is bad/wrong in so many cases. Dunno if that ever had been correct:

> - Each time you end a mision on Two Cities mission, you won some robot part (Component Fabricators)
> - Each time you end a Two Cities TOUR, you won a killstreak weapon and a small chance to get a Specialized Killstreak or Professional Killstreak

Complains:

1. The "small chance to get a Specialized Killstreak" belongs to the end of a mission not to the end of a tour.
2. Its not a "Killstreak" but a "Killstreak Kit Fabricator"
3. IMHO chances are about 10-20%. I would not call that "rare". "small" should be more suitable .
4. When completing a tour you'll get a "Killstreak Kit" not a "killstreak weapon" plus a guaranteed Specialized Kit Fabricator plus a small Chance for a Professional Kit Fabricator (plus a rare chance for an Australium-Weapon).
