New Weapon Artifacts: Rainbow

This mod adds a new weapon to the game called "Rainbow". It is a multi-colored and multi-enchanted bow capable of taking down the toughest foes.

UPDATE!: Now, the mod also includes rainbow-colored, exploding light arrows with an area effect for a total of 7 magic damage per target. They are 26 base damage each which is 1 over daedric. There are 500 of them laying in the same spot as the bow. They will respawn after a while as well if you need more.

NOTE: Be careful using these arrows in a city, as they WILL aggro guards and citizens if they explode near them, regardless if they hit anyone or not.

Base bow damage is 21 pts which is 1 higher than Dragonbone (in Dawnguard) and 2 higher than Daedric.

The enchants on the bow are the following:

Blood Damage (Red) 6 pts.
Fire Damage (Orange) 6 pts.
Light Damage (Yellow) 9 pts. in daylight / 6 pts. at night
Poison Damage (Green) 6 pts.
Frost Damage (Blue) 6 pts.
Shadow Damage (Indigo) 9 pts. at night / 6 pts. in daylight
Shock Damage (Violet) 6 pts.

Each enchant plays a visual effect on the target for a nice light show.

It can be found laying on the Skyforge in Whiterun next to the iron helmet and shield.

It can also be tempered at a grinding wheel, but because of its multiple enchantments, it requires a lot of materials.
To temper the bow, you will need the following:

1 Refined Moonstone Ingot
1 Bleeding Crown Mushroom
1 Fire Salt
1 Torchbug Thorax
1 Nightshade
1 Frost Salt
1 Deathbell
1 Void Salt

KNOWN ISSUES:
Sometimes, NPCs shot with the arrows will be able to use the arrows against the player due to them sticking to the NPC or the NPC picking the loose ones that miss off the ground. There is no way to set ownership to ammo, nor prevent the NPCs from using them to my knowledge. If anyone knows how, please let me know.

[Update 11-16-13]:
Added matching arrows! Arrows explode on contact with a burst of light. They are for visual effect only but WILL aggro guards and citizens if they explode too close, regardless if anyone is hit with them directly.

Fixed issue where arrows wouldn't show in inventory sometimes.

[Update 11-22-13]:
Rainbow Arrows are now bound and will be automatically added to your inventory when Rainbow is equipped and removed when it is unequipped. (This is to prevent the AI from using the arrows against the player as was a previous bug)
Rainbow Arrows will no longer appear in your inventory due to being bound.
Rainbow Arrows now have an enchantment that does 1 damage for each of the same elements that Rainbow has and will cause a total of 7 damage in an area effect.
Added load screen tips for Rainbow and for the Rainbow Arrows.
Updated Rainbow Arrow description.
Updated Rainbow charge to allow 50 arrows to be shot before needing to be recharged.

[Update 2-2-14]:
Reverted Rainbow Arrows back the the way they were originally. They are no longer considered bound and will respawn at the forge after a period of time.
