Smart drops, less but better, more variety and many more tweaks!

Drop & Loot 2.0 is a little mod directly inspired on the upcoming Diablo 3 pre-expansion patch. Some ideas like smart drops and “less but better” philosophy are taken from Blizzard, starting from this point i have tweaked the game to make drop and loot more rewarding.
Everything is really vanilla friendly in my hopinion, no new items or potion, i just added the respec potion that drops from champion monsters.

FULL CHANGELOG:

-Smart drop: all monsters will drop more likely random blue/green items that fits with class you are playing!
-Less but better: monsters no longer drop white items. Less green and blues drops from monsters but they are now better.
-A lot of existing affixes can now roll on many more items:
-Dexterity can now roll also on Bow, Crossbow, Fist, Pistol, Rifle,
-Focus can now roll also on Necklace and Ring,
-Strenght can now roll also on 1h/2h Axe, Mace, Sword and Polearm,
-Proc get full heal hit can now roll also on Rings and Weapons,
-Proc get full heal kill can now roll also on Rings and Necklace,
-Proc kill meteorstrike can now roll also on Ring and Necklace,
-Blinding chance can now roll also on Rifle,
-Charge decay can now roll also on Ring and Necklace,
-Charge rate can now roll also on Ring,
-Critical damage can now roll also on Ring and Necklace,
-Dual wield bonus can now roll also on Gloves,
-Execute chance can now roll also on Gloves,
-Flee can now roll also on 2h and Polearm.
-Fumlbe chance reduction can now roll also on Gloves,
-Health regen can now roll also on Ring and Necklace,
-Mana regen can now roll also on Ring and Necklace,

-Weapon and Armor rack now drop at least 1 green. They are smart too, there is a 10% chance that a blue for your class drops.
-Small chest now drops at least 1 green.
-Blue chest has better loot than small chest and there is a 2% chance to drop a unique socketable.
-Locked chest has better loot than blue chest and there is a 25% chance to drop a unique socketable.
-Champion monsters now have better loot.
-Bosses always drops 1 unique, there is a 10% chance to drop a unique socketable, slightly better items than champions, legendary drop chance is 0.08% (up from 0.04%) and more gold are dropped.
-Rare socketables drops with a 10% chance from champion monsters and rare chest.
-Normal monsters no longer drops rare socketables,
-Mimic drops better items,
-Some spells are no longer restricted to certain monsters drop.
-Waypoint scroll drop chance is now equal to identify scroll drop chance.
-Mana potion drop chance is now equal to health potion drop chance.
-Rejuvenation potions can now drop with around ¼ chance than health and mana potions.
-Breakables drops health, mana and rejuvenation potion with a 8% chance, scrolls with a 6% chance and gold with a 47% chance.
-Dead man and corpses drop health, mana and rejuvenation potion with a 50% chance, scrolls with a 20% chance and socketables with a 1% chance.
-All restricted loot items (like Ghastly set that drops in ghost chest only) can now drops from every monsters.
-All vanilla uniques socketable are no longer restricted to certain bosses but can drops from all bosses and locked chest, also low levels skulls can now drop at high levels.
-Respec potion can drops from champion monsters
-Legendary no longer drops from normal monsters (chance was insignificantly low:0.002%)


-OTHER CHANGES AND FIXES:

-Fixed a lot of champions and bosses with wrong loot table (i.e. Boss with champion’s loot table and vice-versa, or champions with normal loot table),
-Fixed some legendary items marked as unique.
-Some very small enemies has increased in size to be more visible and easy clickable.[/spoiler]
