Unlocks several things the devs forgot and some minor rebalancing of recipes that are not equal on all machines.

ArcFurnace:
~ fixed uranium, coal and charcoal instantly processing in half a second basically exploding the arc furnace with gas

Autolathe:
~ chutes (changed recipe to match other machines)
+ ItemKitPictureFrame (not yet balanced all frames take 1 kit, but the price is pretty cheap)Autolathe:

Wheat contains carbon again (got removed when wheat got reworked was an alternative way to make steel from 3 parts iron ore and 1 part wheat)

Traders:
~ Devalued organics and made them harder to craft in compensation to the power reduction which was needed to devalue them.
