Difficulty Rewards (v.8)

Opis
- Veteran difficulty gets a very small boost to XP and Fame from monsters
- Elite difficulty gets a small boost to XP and Fame from monsters
- Stat potions can drop from bosses
- Percentage chance skills (e.g. chance to block) no longer hard capped. They can increase at the same rate they were increasing near their max of 50% as stat points are added past 500.
- Very small XP bonus based on number of players in the game.

Just in case everyone is wondering the answer to Katzeo's comment from years ago it's a permanent potion that gives +5 in a stat

What are the exact multipliers to each difficulty? Is it something like 1.25x XP and Fame on Veteran and 1.5x at Elite?

man can you make gold to be auto collected if you are in near range it saves +100 clicks / on every 5 minutes
