Restarted the mission, cleared all enemies in the first section (stopping the patrol there already; had to drop it to easy difficulty and made it out with no units and 30hp on the chopper). Then cleared entire second area, then entire third area, and only then it counted...
Not sure if the completion criteria is just bugged or what, but wanted to mention it. Seems like you might need to clear all 3 parts (capture all buildings and clear out all enemies) in every section of the map to count. Either that or swapping to easy (instead of normal) happened to fix it.
[Final Countdown] Complete a campaign game" has the icon of "clean hands" :)
For anyone still interested in these achievements, i had a lot of trouble getting "Oil Tycoon" where you have to hold all rigs in a multiplayer game for 5 minutes. For some reason it just would not happen for me even after holding the rigs for much longer to 5 minutes.
On my 4th attempt i got it vs 2 hard bots on one of the 3 player maps with 6 rigs total. Game was going for a little over an hour before I finally got the achievement. I only held the rigs for 5-10 minutes.
Not 100% sure why i got the achievement that game but maybe it will help someone.
Oil Rush "Rambo" Achievement: On the Run - by HomelessGnome

There must've been something I was missing in this walkthrough that this video got me straight on. Either way, wanted to pass the word in case anyone else has trouble getting the chievo six years later (or more). Thanks again for the awesome guide Skipper/Jedo.
--- I'd like to add another bit onto your note for 3-1's Rambo achievement:
You don't have to capture every platform (since obviously you can't go back to the first segment of the map), but you do need to ensure every tower in the first segment is destroyed before advancing to the next map shift.
Failed getting this achievement a couple times, but it did finally pop when I made sure the pursuers killed those first sets of tower defenses during the brief time that I owned them. I'm led to believe that if they retake that platform with defenses still intact, you can't have killed everything they own on all 3 stages of the map.
