[WOTC] Suppression Plus

Changes suppression so it behaves like Long War b15f, where suppression reaction fire does not suffer standard overwatch penalty.

This mainly makes suppression reaction fire applies 100% of the aim (15% if the target dashes, determined by overwatch dash aim multiplier/standard overwatch aim multiplier, only applicable with EU aim rolls) and have the ability to score a critical hit (flanking bonus does not apply here, with grenadier's base 0% crit, hope your rangers are now willing to share their talon rounds and laser sights).

This mod also makes suppression no longer requires the tile the target is walking to be within LOS for reaction shot to happen (in vanilla, this causes the awkward thing where it just continues suppressing the target as they reposition without making the reaction shot, then the target will then take a suppressed shot from outside of LOS)

All of these properties can be individually toggled through ini editing.

Only base game suppression is patched, you will need to add suppression added from other mods to XComSuppression.ini
