Description
This is a utility mod. The point is to provide the ability to create any level of any type of character equipped how you like for use in character importing modules, and for testing such things.

There is in here:
Create or import characters
The ability to add any amount of karma
Access to all items in official content
A second scene to load out to to save your character

This Mod is for [Vanilla] Shadowrun Returns, aka just Dead Man's Switch

how do i use the mod, i start new game and select new character, but it just goes back to the main menu.

This didn't take nearly as long as I expected. The new version of the mod with Dragonfall and SSC support is out. You will be able to select which content you want equipment available from, so even if you don't plan to use SSC equipment you should be able to create a chracter that will load fine without it. You will need SSC in order to use the Enhanced Utility Mod.

Work is starting today to increase the content of this Utility mod. I will be making a version that allows you to select from Dead Man's Switch, Dragonfall, and Street Samurai Catalog options and should allow players to create a character using all, or some of those. This means the new version will require you to have all 3 installed, but allow someone to build a character that only has equipment from their selected combonation, so they have a character viable in Dragonfall only, DMS only, DF + DMS, DMS + SSC, DF + SSC, or DMS + DF + SSC.

No ETA on when it will be ready, but I have started on it now. I will also NOT be deleting or replacing THIS version, this will continue being available, though I might change the name to [Vanilla].

How do you move an imported character to the main game? Am I missing something here?

any way to get you to make a seperate mor that includes SSc and Cybertech, to avoid conflict with other content...

I know this project is a pain, but I don't suppose there's been any progress on getting the stuff from Dragonfall included?

Thank you! Extremely useful mod to test new builds or just to fool around and have fun. Looking forward to your Dragonfall version (I do second spectre_of_woe's request to have it as a seperate mod to minimize conflicts). :-)
