gm_research takes place in the distant future, aboard the research vessel srv aspen II. it is orbiting a distant inhabited planet.

this map is in the starboard observation area, which has a beautiful view of the planet it's orbiting. the datascreens are togglable, and when they are turned on, they change the mood of the map dramatically. gm_research is perfect for space scenes, comics, or machinimas.
