I am ranked as Super Cargo Commander but didn't get the Junior Cargo Commander achievement ;( and I have already all 88 forms of cargo ;(

The sector scanner is available at the results screen where you see your rank progress, and it is a consumable item that you use by clicking on a cargo icon (recommended: one that you don't have yet) and then at the bottom of the item's description there will be a button that says "INSTALL SCANNER," when you click on this it will use one of the twenty sector scanners that you have to help you get to a sector with that corresponding cargo.

I still dont understand where this sector scanner is, i have unlocked it. i just dont know where it is.
