The best place to perform this is in "The inner keep" after you deal with the sniper and the guard at the door. In the room just behind the guard, check the map, you will notice a long shaft, keep going up the shaft till you find a place where is one guard sitting above a light and another one is smoking at the balcony, get rid of the guard inside and hit the guard at the balcony with Hisomu terror dart, he will freak out, shoot few round and will perform a base jumping stunt :D You dont have to travel the whole level to get to this point, its techincally at the first section of the game.

you can also get it in the catacombs, after that part were you ascend on the crate and there are guards with night vision goggles left and right trying to spot you as you ascend sides, once you get on top, go to the right, you will find a sleeping guard, kill him, then take his body and throw it at the last guard that tried to spot you on the crate, if you do it right, the body will land behind him, he'll turn see it, panic and fall of the edge of the platform hes standing on, and since this is many more meters higher than that place in your video, is much much funnier
