Descrizione
Look for the sword
In moonlight streaming forth,
At night, when day's first hour
Reflects the North.
From o'er the threshold
Seek and you will see;
I -- am that is,
My sword shall wield for me.

Yep, after lots of hard work, it's done. Ratdeath, the sword of Martin the Warrior and many others from the Redwall book series by the late, great Brian Jacques is complete and ready to be used in battle with your enemies.

The sword is slightly better damage-wise than an elven sword and can be tempered with an ingot of steel and quicksilver. On top of that, it has a script-added perk (much like the silver sword) that makes it particularly damaging to skeevers. Thanks to this, it's also fully enchantable so you can put whatever milks your Guernsey on it.

The sword can be found southeast of Sleeping Tree Camp, in a little Nordic ruin with a cage trap door that's opened by solving the pillar puzzle there. It shouldn't be too hard to find in there, just be sure to look around. This little Nordic ruin is a vanilla location, not added by me, so the mod should be right compatible with just about anything.

Oh, guess what? I made Martin's shield! Give it a looksee, it just wants to be friends.

That's extremely unlikely to be the fault of this mod, most likely another one in your load order is at fault. Ratdeath has nothing to it that would prompt people to make fire spell related comments; its only unique effect is done through a perk and even that has no fire spells or related keywords in it.

Hey there is a minor bug. The people of Skyrim seem to think I have a flame spell not a sword in my hands.

I found it. Thanks. I had forest mod installed, so the trees probably blocked it.
For anyone else trying to find it, it's like 100 meters directly southeast.

It's southeast of Sleeping Tree Camp. There's no real structure like with some of the smaller ruins, it just has the pit and three of those puzzle pillars, plus some debris.

Where is the nordic ruin you mentioned?

You'll want to open up the game launcher at the very least. If you launch the game more directly (like using the SKSE loader or just hitting the .exe) the mod won't get downloaded and activated. With the launcher open you can check the Data Files section to see if the mod's active.
