Gmod has some animation console commands that can be used.
This works in singleplayer and in some/most multiplayer servers .

All you have to do is open console and type in one of the following :
act cheer
act laugh
act muscle
act zombie
act agree
act becon
act disagree
act salute
act wave
act robot
act bow
act forward
act group
act halt
act dance
act pers
There isnt alot , but they are fun to use .

I want to use these by pressing a button on my keyboard.

Instead typing the word out all the time (or copy/pasting) , you can just aswell bind it by typing this into console :

Bind (a key or a letter on ur keyboard) "(whatever act you want the button to do)"

For example :

Bind k "act agree"

How do i add the Console ?

If you dont know how to add the console to the game , then first off close ur game , and then simply:
Go to ur game Library
Find gmod and right click on it and then click "properites"
Under "General" (which you already should be)click "Set launch options" and type in :
-console
Start the game and the console will appear

SPECIAL NOTE

These can only be used if the gamemode allows it , meaning this may not work on every server.

remember to always use quotations when binding a key (e.g) bind i "act dance"

Messed around with aliases a little bit, but all they did was crash my game or just not work. Sorry, can't help you there.
If you have access to macros, you could maybe make something work.
