Due to file size limitations, you will only find charcters whose names start with A-R.
You do not need the other pack for this one to work, but grab it anyways at

You will need to make sure Team Fortress 2 is properly mounted for their eye textures to work.

After the long development hell, the MMD Touhou pack is finally here!
It sure cost me some sanity to get this done.

If I didn't get some minor or fan character you wanted then tough ♥♥♥♥, I already got 41 different characters ported and that's plenty enough for now.
