Deacon's Dark Brotherhood Swords

Because this thread is starting to get unnessecarily beligerent I have a request. Before you post an angry comment, or an obvious observation that has already been posted and replied to, check out my horsey mod. http://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=15061 . ON FIRE! That is right, custom flame effects!

This mod adds two swords to the Dawnstar Sanctuary master bedroom on the wall to the left of the door, right across from my armor set.

These two swords are:

The Wrath of Sithis- Sithis' Wrath adds 20 points of fire damage 20 points of bleeding damage and causes people up to lvl 18 to run like the wind.

The Will of Sithis- Sithis' Will strengthens the blade allowing it to absord 20 points of stamina and health and makes undead up to lvl 18 flee and flat out banishes daedra up to level 25.

Both have so much of the power of sithis that when drawn they burst into spectral flames.

Damage is base 13 (same as ebony), but they can be fully upgraded to legendary with the right smithing ability and items.

Revision 1: damage up-ed to 13 (ebony strength) by popular demand. Note: I will not make these as strong as daedric.
Revision 2: due to complaints about the fear effects, enchantments lowered to effect only up to lvl 18 instead of level 25. Should help with over fearing enemies, ie, fewer enemies should run.

Known issues:
-May make you cackle.
-May cause you to watch scott pilgrim movie boss fight.
