Resurrect In Place (v.6)

Got the idea from an old mod here[forums.runicgames.com] and used their template along with the default files from in the game pak to design this version. There is no restriction to difficulty level anymore, anyone even elite may use Resurrect. I added xp and fame to using it so Resurrect now costs 30% gold, 1% XP, and 1% Fame. There is now a punishment for dying in a small 1%Gold tax for Town option. Entrance option is kept the same.
