A brand new faction (not a replaced one!) Hordes of the Despoiler has been added!
The faction is fully playable in Mortal Empires and in custom battle and is fully optimised for Ultimate Chaos!
This means you can now play full Co-Op campaigns with Ultimate Chaos!
New faction leader: Aberghast the Despoiler!
Aberghast has returned from Warhammer 1 to plague the jungles of Lustria!
New faction and lord traits and effects!
New start location in Lustria!
New Ministerial offices for the Hordes of the Despoiler focusing around Nurgle.
New Plague Disciple Mechanic!
Unique to Hordes of the Despoiler, they can summon Plague Heralds onto the map to inject the enemy with Nurgle's plagues!
New starting units for Aberghast!
Also included is the changes from Ultimate Chaos: Proper Starting Units sub-mod. (You don;t need to run both, this mod supercedes it)

This mod changes the starting units for the three Chaos Legendary Lords to be what was intended to be in Ultimate Chaos.
It also gives the chaos faction Ministerial Offices! You can now promote your lords and greater daemons into office giving them unique titles and bonuses on a brand new designed screen!

It also tweaks the starting traits for the Chaos lords.

This mod-mod is being released separately from Ultimate Chaos because it edits the startpos.esf file and therefore will conflict with any other mods that use this file. (For the uninitiated that means faction unlockers, 10 slot capitals and anything else that changes what you start with and where)
