Elixirs of Power (v.20)

This mod is a very simple mod, adding 3 new potions to the game. All 3 potions drop very rarely (at 1/100th the rate of healing potions) at different levels of content. There should be no conflicts with other mods (except in a rare case with another mod that alters minimap icons - and in that case the minimap icon may be invisible).

Elixir of Power: Grants 1 stat point. Drops in lvl 15 - lvl 34 content. Requires level 15.
Elixir of Great Power: Grants 3 stat points. Drops in lvl 35 - 59 content. Requires level 35.
Elixir of Wondrous Power: Grants 5 stat points. Drops in lvl 60+ content. Requires level 60.

All elixirs have light red loot text to be highly visible. Elixirs on the ground also have a custom minimap icon.

The potions and drop rates are designed to add more of that exciting moment when you find amazing loot, in addition to adding more control over changing your stats, while still maintaining balance. Feel free to comment with ideas.

Possible Future Changes:
Addition of skill point elixir, available by combining multiple (possibly 5-10) Elixirs of Wondrous Power. *If* I do add a skill point elixir, I'd make it annoyingly expensive to prevent players from just gaining all skills, while still providing an avenue for players who want/need an extra skill point or two. Give me FEEDBACK!
