Naval battles needed to look better so I edited the water. Hope you like it.
Also sorry about this being in Scenario, I can't get it to upload if i try to put it in another category.

**I will be releasing a new Tropical HD Water Texture Pack for those interested.**
I'm not sure when i will release it though. EDIT*** Soon




Try My HD Texture Pack, it complements Cinematic Water.

Like my water? Made a sweet custom map using it? Mention the mod so other people can experience the same effects!

I am actually not sure. I dont own the aoe 2 DE. I dont see why my texture files could not be substituted in for theirs. If you have this mod installed its located here C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Age2HD\mods

Go to that location and copy the Terrain folder onto your desktop. Then drag it over the existing folder called Terrain in the AOEII DE Folder. You want to over right the original files. *note make a copy of the original Terrain Folder since its water files will be replaced. Just in case you want to switch back.

Do you know if I can use this in the DE? Or do you plan to make a mod like this for DE? I really miss this realistic water, the new one looks like a swimming pool

Thanks man. Just by trying you would be way ahead of those that not even started. If it gets 10% as nice as this one, it will be incredible, specially for scenarios with rivers.
