Captain Dale (replacer for injured destroyer npc at start of the game)

This mod replaces the injured Destroyer in the beginning of the game. This is a mod of the first person to ever give you a quest. Instead of the Destroyer, it is Captain Dale (a subordinate and old friend of Commander Vale). This mod was created for people who have The_Destroyer, and wanted to take out the quest giving Destroyer NPC. He still gives the same quest and everything; the only thing that has changed is the model.
