Features:
* HP/Max HP, MP/Max MP
* Monster HP/Max HP
* HP/MP regain (Hidden if doesn't needed)
* Level and XP progress
* Fame and Fame progress (Mouse hover on XP bar to show it)
* Show gold info (Right-Click on "?" to toggle it)

4/17:
* Added gold info (Right-Click on "?" to toggle it)
