Red Hulk skin for Tank

Still Credited to Original Creator, Archanor. The same redistributed version of the green hulk, but this time I put in my work to turn him into the red hulk.

If you have an issue with this mod not working right or not uninstalling right try this:
Xxn0xmercyxX said "to try changing sv_consistency to 0 in the console command and it should fix itself".

That might mean their is something wrong with the VMT file so I will send out a new file without that file to see if it fixes the problem, but until then, I will have to wait until the workshop manager will allow me to update my mods.
