No Side Buttons

Hey vee-kay, sorry about that. Just saw your messages pop on steam.

It's been over a decade since I first made this mod, and 7 years since it was last updated.

I'm so far removed that I wouldn't even know where to begin on making it compatible with other mods, I don't even remember how I made it in the first place, I see that even a comment from 2018 says the same.

I think you would have a better chance of firing up the TL2 editor yourself and making it happen, or finding a modder who's still active in the scene to do it for you. If you can use this mod as starting point somehow, go for it. There are probably some tutorials out there on how to edit the hud.

I can only apologize and say good luck, I am of no use here.

note: Smart Inventory Panels mod gives a useful Stash Switch feature to instantly remotely access the Player Stash, as an optional toggleable new panel above the Player Inventory -- since that Stash Switch feature is part of the Inventory window, it will work with "No Side Buttons" mod, because the Inventory window is accessible by hotkey (default hotkeys: I, Spacebar).

Please make this 'No Side Buttons" mod compatible with BagMod, as it is a popular mod used in various UI mods and mod packs.

P.S., I do like this cleaner simpler UI made possible by "No Side Buttons" mod, as there are less distractions during gameplay. This mod reminds me of the iHud (Immersive HUD) mod for Skyrim.

This confllicts with BagMod (or its derivatives: BigBagMod, BigBagModPlus) which adds side buttons for Player Stash and Shared Stash.

Those side buttons get hidden by this "No Side Buttons" mod, you cannot unhide them as there are no hotkeys for them.

If you keep the BagMod higher or lower than this mod in your modlist load order priority, it doesn't seem to make a difference, as this mod seems to supercedes BagMod anyway.

So if you use this mod, you won't have remote access to PlayerStash and Shared Stash, unless another mod makes them accessible remotely.

Okay, thanks. Should be updated for the latest version now. If you're playing modded coop, make sure you both have the same mods installed and all that.

You can do whatever you want to it on your end if it's still not working. It's really out of my control.

It works when playing alone, but I had issues when trying to play with my gf, we get disconnected as soon as we join the room.

If you move your mod from "documents/my games/runic games/torchlight 2" to a "mods" folder in your game installation path (if it isn't there, just create it), you should be able to open it with GUTS and recompile it to the latest game version. I've tested this with another mod and this did solved the issue, but i didn't wanted to do this with your mod before contacting you.

Guaraninho, it's been so long that I don't have the original files, nor do I remember how I made this simple little mod. However, I did try enabling it with the latest version of the game and it still worked just fine for me.

It says compiled for outdated version in the launcher but no conflicts in action from all I could tell. If it doesn't work for you I can try taking another look at it. Let me know!

Would you mind updating this mod to the latest game version released, please?

Does this get rid of BAGMODS buttons?
