This mod lets you transmute 3 mana potion and 3 health potion to one rejuvenation potion of the same type, you can also upgrade rejuvenation potions with three of the same type.

update: fixed priority.

update2: you now transmute 3 mana potion and 3 health potion to one rejuvenation potion

update3: because of issues with transmuting higher level rejuv potions i changed the health/mana potion recipes to to needing 2 stacks of 2 health/mana potion to transmute to a higher level, example in picture.

i changed the health/mana potion recipes to needing 2 stacks, you should now be able to transmute rejuvenation potions without problems.

I have same problem with higher priority. Perhaps try requiring 4 of each potion or perhap as another person said adding a gem in there as well, at least for the higher grades?

Seems to work fine for the small potions, but the larger ones conflict with Synergies, even with higher priority. Mega and Ultimate potions won't upgrade to Rejuvenation, only to Mana or Health, at least for me.
