Chapter - Command Deck:

I chose the Command Deck chapter mainly because your enemies will be distracted with shooting the flagship's core. Just make sure to let them run up to it before engaging so that you can get several free shots with virtually no opposition.

Note that you can also get 'On the Fly' either by playing through all the waves of enemies or restarting the checkpoint for the first 4 kills (5 if you count the RPG Guy).

Recommended Gear:

Rising Bloodlust: The extra firepower from consecutive kills won't hurt. A few charges will help with just raw kills without the assistance of headshots.

Ammo Advantage: The Sniper Rifle only has 4 bullets in the clip. Having 2 more bullets will help in case of a miss.

Tunnel Vision: Extra damage goes a long way if you are aiming for 'On the Fly'.

Head Master: See above.
