Howdy, y'all. Ya' know all of those discussion posts complainin' 'bout them annie may mods and how they's worse than the My Little Ponies? That MLP has become a rare upload sight?

Well, times have changed I reckon. The dawn of pony mods has return'd. not really


This mod is simple enough, it just replaces the music that plays when a Witch is sitting with Fluttershys by Pinkie Rose. All I've done is replaced the audio with it, simple enough doohickey me thinks.

Much better than a bunch of creepy piano music!

The track doesn't play out fully, it just sort of loops back - I've noticed that sometimes music files won't end up getting the strange audio tearing, as I've also done it with tanks. I'm not entirely sure of why they don't compared to other audio, but something I've noticed. Some music will still have screeching, though.

Okay, as I was going about replacing the wandering tracks, I decided to have a look at the file from your mod to see for sure if I was using the right version, and I noticed that that it's significantly longer than the original witchencroacher track, yet whenever I'd hear it in game, it wouldn't sound distorted(not sure if it cuts off because I haven't been near a witch long enough to know whether it plays out fully or if it gets cut off) Was wondering, how did you manage to make the edited track longer than the original without the pitch getting distorted, and does the track play out fully?

I mean, be my guest; the files are in left4dead2/sound/music/witch titled variations of lost_little_witch and the loud_angry_little_witch, obviously representing when you're standing close to her

Unfortunately the audio system for wandering witches is like most of the music, and acts a bit dynamic, so it's split into different short audio clips compared to the sitting theme, which is one solid track - so I don't believe it would be possible, sorry
