Infusion 1
Location - Comstock Center Rooftops
In the Order of the Raven head to the large room with the stage. The bottle is up on the stage table next to the key to the chest in Lansdowne Residence.



Infusion 2
Location - Comstock Center Rooftops
Head back to the Lansdowne Residence after getting the key from the Order of the Raven. Use the key on the chest in the bedroom and you'll find the bottle inside.



Infusion 3
Location - Monument Island Gateway
When riding the skyrail for the first time you'll see a platform with one guy standing on it. Drop down on it and head inside this little maintenance area. In the back room you'll find an Infusion sitting on a desk.



Infusion 4
Location - Monument Island
In the big room with the speakers and electrical currents you'll find the Infusion sitting behind the desk with a Voxophone on top.



Infusion 5
Location - Battleship Bay
After the ambush you'll find the Infusion sitting on a desk in the ticket office. It's the same room where the man is on the phone when you approach the counter. Make sure to grab it while following after Elizabeth.



Infusion 6
Location - Soldier’s Field
Upon reaching Soldier's Field you'll be in a large room with a locked door on the left. Have Elizabeth unlock it and you'll find an Infusion sitting on a desk inside.



Infusion 7
Location - Soldier's Field (The Fellow Travaller)
The cannon in the ticket building has a code book sticking out of it. Take it across the street to the retaurant and decipher the code. Tipping the hat in the back bathroom will open a passage down to a secret room with the Infusion on the table.



Infusion 8
Location - Hall of Heroes
Upon reaching a large room in the Hall of Heroes you'll get ambushed for the first time there. You can find the infusion in the room the guys come pouring out of on a desk in the back.



Infusion 9
Location - Hall of Heroes (Courtyard)
After the large battle where Slate has his men pouring into the room with "We deserve a soldier's death" painted on the wall, the door to the left of it will be unlocked. On the desk in there next to the Voxophone you'll find a toolbox where you can just barely see an Infusion bottle sticking out.



Infusion 10
Location - The First Lady
After a gondola ride up to the station where the First Lady airship is docked you'll find an Infusion sitting on the table in the ship. Make sure to grab it before taking off.



Infusion 11
Location - Fort Franklin Docks
When you get to the dock where you need to save Elizabeth from a group of enemies head down into the doors below where she is being held. You'll find an infusion on the other side of some cell bars.



Infusion 12
Location - Worker Induction Center
Upon entering the station after Elizabeth rejoins you, you'll see a locked door on the left side of the main room that takes 5 lockpicks. The infusion is inside on the desk.

Infusion 13
Location - Good Time Club
On the theater floor of the club you'll find a room back in the corner. There's an Infusion inside next to the free samples sign.



Infusion 14
Location - Plaza of Zeal
There's a clock room near the corner of the Plaza back by the docks next to the elevator. Inside on the wall is a Vox Code. After having grabbed the code book from the downstairs of the Good Time Club you can open up the clock next to the code and find the Infusion inside.



Infusion 15
Location - Shantytown
When you reach Shanty Town after the elevator ride walk down the stree and to the left you'll see two men standing by a table. There's an infusion sitting on it, they'll turn hostile when you get there.



Infusion 16
Location - The Bull House (2nd floor - office)
Make sure you have the key from the basement of the Graveyard Shift bar. You'll find this Infusion in a locked chest in a room up on the second floor of the Impound Building.



Infusion 17
Location - The Bull House (2nd floor - evidence)
The second floor in the impound building has an evidence lock up. It takes 5 lockpicks but inside you'll find the Infusion on a table.



Infusion 18
Location - Factory
After completing the Factory area and dealing with Daisy you can grab the Infusion from a now unlocked room in the center upstairs before leaving. Make sure to get it before getting on the ship.



Infusion 19
Location - Port Prosperity
As soon as you enter the plaza there will be a door on your left that takes 3 lockpicks. Inside you'll find a washtub with an Infusion sitting in it.



Infusion 20
Location - Port Prosperity
After getting the Voxophone in the downstairs of the bookstore you'll learn of a secret button underneath a register in the Salty Oyster. Head back to it and hit the button underneath to open the secret room with the Infusion inside.



Infusion 21
Location - Downtown Memoria (Market District)
You can find the Infusion sitting by the window in the Wilson Bros. Bottling Works. You'll need 3 picks to get in.



Infusion 22
Location - Downtown Memoria
It's located in the bedroom on the second floor of the Lutece Lab in town.



Infusion 23
Location - Bank of the Prophet
After getting the code book from the basement of Hudson's Shop (it's not far from the bank) head into the Bank and when you reach the vault door turn left. Head all the way to the back until you reach the room with the typewriter on the desk. You'll use the code book and type in "vox" on the typewriter. A secret room will open up next to you with the Infusion inside.



Infusion 24
Location - Operating Theater
After you save Elizabeth head to the locked door back between the two halls you had to enter to shut the machine down. Have Elizabeth pick the lock and you'll find the Infusion inside.
