Valve has patched previous methods, but this is a new and working method for hiding your recent game activity on your profile. The method in this guide was discovered by Neks.

1. Open up this Steam store link.
   
2. Scroll down to the "Making Of Furi" episodes.
   
3. Click on "Read More" so all the episodes appear.
   
4. Open the first episode. Once it opens in Steam close it right away.
   
5. Repeat step four but with episodes 2 and 3.
   
6. Refresh your steam profile and you're done!
