Plentiful Traditions 2 [deprecated]

First draft of the 2.0 version of plentiful traditions. Most traditions should be updated and work fine with the 2.0.
I will probably tinker with it again soon (probably cut order tree into 2 separate trees, one for ships and one for structures as order is (and was) always very strong (now it's clearly op xD).
Descriptions should be fixed for english but if you have any issues let me know. (english or other languages i will try to google trad whatever's missing).

It's a first draft there are probably a few broken things i forgot so don't hesitate to say it in the comments.

PS : i am also working on balacing this mod (as i said some traditions like order are really op but some others i never take whatever type of empire i play, so if you could tell me what are the traditions you never take and the ones you always take i can use that as a basis to do some balancing work)
