SAI Glock 18C Sounds

After a lot of updating, it's just about the best it can get.

I put this together because analblaze's RE-45 sounds were getting a bit old. I decided to mash FrostFire's MP5K firing sounds (and Navaro's suppressed fire sounds) with the vanilla M9's handling sounds to create an authentic machine pistol experience.
