Self Propelled Anti Aircraft Gun

Descripción
A mobile anti-aircraft gun based off of the Flakpanzer IV "Wirbelwind". Good against infantry and lightly armored vehicles (including aircraft of course!).

-Can switch with the tank or the jeep

UPDATE:
The AI can now better use this vehicle. However, the driver is now inside the tank instead of operating the AA Gun (not really gameplay changing for players just an aesthetic change)

It looks more like the Ostwind, but with two guns instead of one. The Wirbelwind had 4 20 mils, and the Ostwind had on 37 mil. The turret shape/gun size does make it look more like an Ostwind. But, please, give the people what they really want: KUGELBLITZ
